1. Overview

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on londa.co.za. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Shipping Provider

All orders are shipped via Aramex Store-to-Door, a reliable courier service delivering nationwide across South Africa.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery takes up to 11 business days, depending on your location. Please note that business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

4. Delivery Delays

Londa uses Aramex as an independent third-party courier. While we take care to dispatch orders promptly, we are not liable for delays caused by Aramex or any other courier, including but not limited to:

  • Delays due to high parcel volumes,
  • Weather or road conditions,
  • Incorrect address information provided by the customer,
  • Circumstances beyond our or Aramex's reasonable control (force majeure).

Note: Under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, we are required to deliver within a reasonable time. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you and work with you to resolve the matter. In cases of unreasonable delay, you retain your statutory rights.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly on the Aramex website at www.aramex.com or via the Aramex app.

7. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. Londa is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Re-delivery fees charged by Aramex will be for the customer's account.

8. Risk & Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of goods passes to you once full payment has been received and confirmed.
