All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order where a pricing error has occurred, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Payment must be made in full before any order is processed or dispatched. We accept payment methods as listed at checkout. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

6. Orders & Contract Formation

Placing an order on londa.co.za constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is only formed once we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorised transactions,
  • Pricing or stock errors,
  • Failure of payment authorisation.

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund within 15 business days.

7. Delivery

Delivery is carried out by Aramex Store-to-Door. Estimated delivery times are up to 11 business days from dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Please refer to our Shipping Policy at londa.co.za for full details.

Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, provided we have dispatched your order within a reasonable time.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy available at londa.co.za, and by your statutory rights under the CPA. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under the CPA.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Londa and is protected under South African and international copyright law.
